A Very Victorian Outing by the River

A Victorian family day out with live performances from Belvedere Concert Band, a classic Punch & Judy show by Professor James, craft ales from Bexley Brewery, traditional games, an ice-cream stall and much more.

Crossness's spectacular architecture and engineering heritage will be enriched by artist Nia Manoylo's atmospheric tidal soundscapes and “River Oracle” workshops using mud-larked objects from the Thames. A heritage Routemaster shuttle bus will run from Abbey Wood Station and our site railway will be running.
