8:00 to 8:30 - Poles on Ground
8:30 to 9:00 - 12" Crossrails
9:00 to 9:30 - 18" Crossrails
9:30 to 10:15 - 2' with no fill
10:15 to 11:00 - 2'3"
11:00 to 11:30 - 2'7"
11:30 to 12:00 - 2'11"
12:00 to 12:30 - 3'3" and higher per request
