Recruit Training (session 2)

Remember to dress comfortably (black athletic shorts, white T-shirt) socks & shoes. We will have a demonstration of PT exercises, drill and ceremony. Parents: Please have your YM bring a non-breakable hydration source (CamelBak or water bottle).
