Group Run

We are switching things up a bit and trying something new for Saturday's long run. Instead of breaking off into groups in the parking lot, we will meet together at 6 a.m. and welcome anyone who is new to the group, shout out anyone who has just run races or cheer on anyone still training for other spring races with the goal of meeting others outside your own pace group.

If you completed a race so far this January, feel free to wear your finisher shirt or swag or CRC shirt as you run through Coles.
