To mark the Spring Equinox on 20th March, Iβll be hosting a special extended yoga session.
This will be a longer (90 minutes), guided class designed to help you consciously transition into the new season. Itβs not a regular class - itβs a carefully curated experience blending purposeful movement, breathwork and guided meditation to help you reset both physically and mentally π
As the seasons shift, our energy shifts too. Winter can feel slower and heavier. We naturally retreat, we rest more, we turn inward. Spring invites something different - growth, freshness, renewed momentum.
