Join Mayor Walters for a frightfully good time at this year's City Halloween Event: Quirk-O-Ween! This family-friendly Halloween celebration will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Avenue.
Join us for a spooktacular evening filled with fun activities, including:
- Trick-or-treating: Come in your favorite costume and collect candy from our friendly ghouls and goblins.
- Crafts: Get creative with Halloween-themed crafts!
- Snacks: Grab hauntingly delicious snacks in the Community Room and enjoy them in the Theater!
- Inflatable haunted house: Experience a thrilling adventure through our spooky inflatable haunted house.
Quirk-O-Ween is a free event open to the public.
