Our 2nd annual hunters dinner will be held Saturday. September 13th from 3pm to 8pm this year. Come sample items off this falls venison processing menu BEFORE you go hunting!
We will have all sorts of food to enjoy in addition to all the venison samples, including everyones favorite pulled pork and smoked mac and cheese as well as bacon cheddar burgers, baked beans, cajun peanuts and more!
We will have a tent this year to keep everyone out of the heat (and hopefully not rain 😬) and more tables and chairs to ensure everyone can take a load off, enjoy some great food and mingle with others.
We will likely have some games this year, like corn hole, to play throughout the day and will be having another raffle with items that will be announced this summer.
Bring cash as we will be asking for a minimum $15 donation per person again this year and we will have some of our favorite vendors on site for you to purchase some goodies (maple syrup, honey, hot sauces) as well as plenty of our own delicious products for you to purchase.
BIG change this year: whatever your donation is will be rolled over as a credit towards your venison processing order this winter!
Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided; if you choose to bring your own we expect you to be responsible and have a designated driver.
