Join us as local curriculum author, Ann Troast, explains how a Charlotte Mason approach to homeschooling will result in a joyful education and lifelong learners. Be inspired to nurture curiosity, wonder, and delight in your homeschool. Ann will share tips for how to simplify homeschooling without sacrificing what is important.
An overview of the Charlotte Mason method from the early years through high school:
-How quality literature and narration lead to lifelong learning.
-The importance of short lessons.
-How history lessons come alive and keeping a Book of Centuries.
-Helping students develop good habits.
-Why a rich education includes composer study, hymns, art, poetry, nature study, map questions, and more!
