Intro Classes are perfect for beginners, you don't need any fitness, any experience, or any flexibility. We start down low and work our way up building strength and technique as you go. We are an inclusive studio where you can progress at your own pace.

Grab a 2 Class Intro Pass for $54 (2week expiry). OR Casual Classes are $33.

Bookings are essential as we keep our class sizes capped at 8 students per teacher.
