Yoga Flow with Jasmine Healy-Pagán

Allow the guidance and inspirational teachings of yoga to bring you home into your unique centre. Flow into deep embodied awareness with pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation. Yoga experience is recommended but not essential.
