Experience a uniquely restorative blend of restful yin yoga and Rike's soul-soothing meditative Cello, Flute, Sansula & singing bowls, guiding you through an empowering solar plexus sequence, infused with pranayama & meditation.
This will help release stress, tension and fascial tightness, provide nervous system regulation and emotional release in a safe nurtured space through a thoughtful therapeutic sequence of breath, meditation, yoga and sound, while allowing you to simply rest comfortably in easily accessible poses, supported by bolsters,
blankets & blocks, to reap the profound benefits of restorative yoga, breath, sound vibrations & guided meditation.
