2 blissful hours of restorative yoga with therapeutic hands on assists.
Restorative yoga is a very slow and restful style of yoga where we stay in poses for long period heavily supported to allow the body to soften and open into deep rest.
To further this experience in each asana (pose) you will receive hands on assists to help you benefit further from the practice.
