You will be shown how to create a made to measure felted sleeve using a flat resist to fit a mason jar. Please note the mason jar is provided.

• How to make a resist that’s made to measure and calculate shrinkage rates.
• Why wool felts.
• What type of wool fiber is suitable for this felting method.
• about different fibers that can be used to create design and texture
• How to lay the wool fiber to create a sleeve that is an even thickness
• How to wet felt on a flat resist, the stages of felting.
• How the wool fiber lay out can affect the shape created.
• How to finish the sleeve and shrink it to fit the mason jar.
