A social, interactive afternoon workshop exploring who we are with our horses, and investigating our capacity to be aware.

*Who am I with my horse?
*Who does the horse see?
*Do I really see the horse?
*What happens if I slow down, and take a moment to check in?
*How can I be more aware of 'me' when I'm with my horse?

We'll start with a short recap of Part 1, so don't worry if you missed it.
