Stepping On Fall Prevention Workshop

Stepping On is a seven week evidence based workshop for older adults aimed at preventing falls. Learn simple strategies for preventing falls in and around your home and when you are out and about. Learn how strength, balance, vision, medications, pets, environment and more play a role in falls risk.
