Sourdough Starter Class at South Cumberland Library

Sarah Llewellyn, a Master Gardener for Allegany County, will teach how to make, maintain, and store a sourdough starter. Sarah will also show participants what plants in our gardens work well in making delicious, homemade, sourdough focaccia. All materials are provided! Participants must register for this event, since supplies are limited.
