In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create, feed, and care for your own sourdough starter from scratch. We’ll demystify the process and explain the science behind wild yeast and fermentation, so you can confidently begin your sourdough journey at home.
You’ll leave with your very own starter, tips for keeping it healthy, and the knowledge you need to bake naturally leavened bread full of flavor, texture, and character.
