Doors open at 6 30pm, with evening starting at 7:00 and lasting to approximately 8:30-9:00
I welcome you to join me in an evening where feeling the love you have for yourself is the first step taken.
From there a poem will lead you towards finding your rhythm of rest.
It is from here that the shamanic gonging begins our vibrational journey.
The constant, reliable rhythms of my gongs are intended to calm your nervous systems, to reduce your brainwave activity and to create an altered state of consciousness where your first step of self love guides you
This is where we heal ourselves and allow our own blissful light to shine!
Our gong bath will occupy up to the first 30 minutes of our evening.
From there our vibrational journey, sound bath, will flow along the waves created by Himalayan singing bowls, drum, bass guitar, chimes, tuning forks, and more.
The intention of creating this container is to create an environment where all those who choose to attend are given opportunities to connect deeply with themselves.
I ask that no animals or children attend please. I love them both, and request their absence. 🙏
The Church pews will be in place.This gives you the option to sit, bring a cushion.
Or to lay on the floor between the pews, on the pews, in the isles or on the stage.
Things to bring.
Cushion for sitting, yoga mat or camping mat for laying down, blanket, pillow, something for under your knees if lying down, eye shade, water bottle, journal and an open heart.
