Join Weis Markets dietitian Christina Fritz (MS, RDN, LDN) for a free presentation to learn how to support your gut health through nutrition.

According to the American Medical Association, a healthy gut is essential for overall health and wellbeing.

Christina will also offer a recipe demo and sample to enjoy.
