Energy Medicine Yoga® at Powell Wellness Center is free & open to the public! Hosted by certified EMY instructor Annette Hyde, this practice combines the underlying energy systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Ayurveda with yoga to support overall vitality & wellness. Participants are welcome to use one of our fitness mats or bring their own yoga mat.
