🎃 Culpeper’s Goosebumps Light Tour 2025 👻

Last year, Culpeper County Parks & Recreation lit up the holidays with our very first Self-Guided Holiday Lights Driving Tour—now known as The Twinkle Tour—and wow, did our community sparkle! Over 20 homes went all-out with lights, music, and cheer, making it a magical event that brought everyone together.
Now, we’re trading candy canes for cobwebs and launching something spooktacular just in time for Halloween 2025...
👻 Introducing: Culpeper’s Goosebumps Light Tour! 🎃
If your favorite season is spooky season, this is your moment to glow (eerily). We’re calling on all witches, warlocks, ghouls, and goblins to transform their homes into haunted masterpieces!
Once all the spookiest houses are signed up, CCPR will publish a self-guided driving map (available on 10/12/25; here:

Driving tour will be open from daily from 7:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday, October 13 through Saturday, November 1.
Please Remember:
-This is a self-guided driving tour.
-You are responsible for traveling safely throughout the tour. You must follow all laws and regulations that would normally apply.
-DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE WHILE DRIVING!
-Do not trespass on private property while following this tour.
-Participating households are doing this out of the goodness of their hearts; please be understanding if some lights are not active.
