Cold Water Therapy – an energising practice to build resilience, strengthen focus, and boost wellbeing.
Sweat Lodge Ceremony – a traditional purification lodge held by an initiated Lakota Sundancer, offering a deeply transformative reset for body and mind.
Guided Connection Sessions – opportunities to reflect, gain perspective, and create lasting clarity.
