Healing Sound Bath

The practice of sound bathing is literally allowing healing sounds and vibrations to surround, envelope, and wash over you, cleansing away negative energies from your energetic body.

Quantum physics tells us that every cell is made of microscopic vibrating matter held together by magnetic forces. This is why sound vibrations have such an immense power to heal and balance our bodies, because they raise the frequency of your body at the microscopic level.

The sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and wave drum lead you through a journey of deep relaxation and meditation, leaving you feeling vibrant, energized and relaxed.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one (several mats will be available first come, first served).
