Paper Lantern Class

Join us with Susan Avery, in crafting vibrant paper lanterns to welcome the warmth and joy of fall! All materials, step-by-step instructions, and plenty of creative inspiration are provided—just bring your imagination. Perfect for ages 12 and up, this hands-on activity is not only colorful and fun, but also rooted in centuries-old traditions where lanterns lit the way for festivals, good fortune, and community celebrations. Come make a little history—and a lot of light—with us!



Thursday, September 18, 2025; 6PM-8PM; $30 per person includes all supplies for one 10"-12" lantern with LED light. Additional lanterns are available at $10 cash each. Class size is limited to 30. Susan Avery, instructor.



Sign up fee is $10 non refundable. The other $20 to be paid upon arrival for the class! Hot tea, coffee, hot chocolate and k-cups available, any other drinks are byob/byod.
