Guided by shamanic practitioner Chris Crow, this group is open to those who have completed the level 1 &2 Usui Reiki course.
The class will provide an opportunity to learn how to apply your skills toward a daily practice, and to develop your skills while practicing on others in a group setting.
Class Outline
10 min Open discussion- Q&A, progress reports, ideas for growth and development.
10 min Group attunement exercise. Form a circle, join hands... Everyone send reiki out of your right hand and receive reiki through the left hand. Daily affirmations.
20 min guided meditation- self chakra alignment with Cho Ku Rei.
20 min guided meditation- shadow work journey with Sei Heiki.
25 minute exercise- pair off/ Reiki on partner [switch]
25 minute exercise- pair off/ Reiki on partner
10 min (Closing circle) Prayer of thanks to the universe for reiki/ gratitude.
