Immersive Meditation
Meditation is key to relaxation & overall wellness. It helps lower heart rates & shifts vibrational frequency.
You will need:
A MAT to lay on the floor/You may wish to stay seated
A Blanket for comfort
A Pillow for same
Water to hydrate
Eye Mask - optional
Relax to a gently guided Meditation set to music designed to help you restore your energy while staying grounded.
No further experience required.
