Cheesemaking

Join us to learn the process of making FROMAGE FACILE (EASY CHEESE) from basic ingredients. We will guide you through the entire process, and you'll get a special tasting at the end! Whether you're a cheese enthusiast or just looking to try something new, this fun experience is suited for all skill levels.

Workshop will take place in the classroom at the Catholic Charities facility immediately next door to the Daystar Life Center. It is a two story white building with available parking.
