Nature Journaling Workshop

Join the Piedmont Environmental Council and Botanical Artist Lara Call Gastinger at Montfair Resort Farm for a nature journaling workshop. PEC will lead participants out into the grasslands to share about their importance as habitat before they begin their journaling.

We will sketch grassland species (including plants, birds and insects) to get better acquainted with this unique ecosystem. Whether you're an experienced artist or a curious beginner, this workshop will give you the tools to see nature in a whole new way.

This event is free and open to all but space is limited so registration is required.
