Bambinelli Sunday
A Joyful Advent Tradition!

Join us on the Third Sunday of Advent (Gaudete Sunday)
as we celebrate Bambinelli Sunday, a beautiful tradition
begun by Pope St. John Paul II. Families are invited to bring the Baby Jesus (“Bambinelli”) figure from their home
Nativity scenes to Mass for a special blessing.
This blessing reminds us that Christ is the heart of
Christmas and helps us prepare our homes and hearts for His coming. Place your blessed Bambinelli in your crèche
on Christmas Eve, and take a moment to pray together
as a family, welcoming the newborn King.
