Jim has over 35 years of experience growing organic fruits and is excited to share his knowledge with you! This workshop is designed for home gardeners and hobby farmers interested in learning about varieties of small and tree fruits suitable for organic production, using your own compost as a fertilizer source, natural pest protection, protecting fruit from late and early frosts and proper pruning/cultivation techniques. $100/per person.
