🕔 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
✅ No gym fees, no commitment – just come train!
✅ Release waiver required
✅ Punching bags & equipment available free to use
✅ Training available for all levels
✅ Sparring happening for those interested
🛡 Mouthpieces available for purchase – only $5
💙 Donations to our youth program are greatly appreciated but never required. ⚠️ Under 18 requires parent/guardian release AND a current sports physical to spar.
