Judo is coming to 608 Jiu Jitsu!

Starting September 10th, 608 Jiu Jitsu is proud to offer Judo classes led by Shinya Nishizawa, a black belt with over 20 years experience (and black belts in Aikido & Karate).

🗓️ When: Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
👥 Who: Adults and teens (16+) — beginners welcome
📍 Where: 608 Jiu Jitsu, 11 Glaciers Edge Sq, Cross Plains, WI

Judo emphasizes balance, control, and safe technique. Students will learn the art of falling safely (ukemi), giving you confidence on the mat while building strength, coordination, and skill.
