Mama's Strength Connection- FREE

Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers!

Thursday, Oct. 2nd, we will be meeting at the Crosby Park for a 20-30 minute outside workout! Public Health Nurses will be available to assist with child care.

This free class is designed just for you. Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom.

This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class.
