This moderate flow is suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced. Together we'll move through a series of moon salutations, a gentle yet powerful sequence that channels feminine energy and helps you connect with your inner wisdom.

During this practice we'll focus on strengthening our intuition and honoring our personal journeys. Its an opportunity to celebrate your accomplishments big or small and release anything that no longer serves you under the full moon.
