boot camp

Boot camp for beginners to intermediate exercise enthusiasts. There will be an exercise progression and regression for each exercise. Join us for a fun filled hour of hard work but achievable. Bring warm clothes and a head torch if you would prefer one.

First 5 to sign up will get the slots as spaces are limited. Once you are signed up I will drop you a message to confirm and send the paperwork over to confirm your space and give you all the details of address etc.
