2025 SANTA PHOTOS - CRONULLA RSL (November 29th)

Book Your Photo Session with Santa Now @ Cronulla RSL – Receive All Digital Images (20-25 images). Bring your little ones (and fur babies) to meet Santa Claus himself and capture those precious moments. Our talented photographers will make sure to capture the holiday spirit in every snapshot.

This year, Santa is visiting Cronulla with a brand-new theme:

“BAKING MEMORIES WITH SANTA”

· Expect a magical experience with: Santa cooking in the kitchen

· Fun props

· Matching family Christmas tops and aprons

· Pet-friendly: Bring your furry friends along for a photo with Santa!

· Santa making sure magical memories are made - not your standard Santa sitting in one place!

· Bring the whole family! Grandparents, parents, kids and pets to get lots of different shots! NOTE: If you have a larger family (aunties, uncles and cousins) wanting to get their family photos as well - we suggest booking your timeslots next to each other so we can capture many different family moments.

· Minimum 2 timeslots needed for more than 10 people.

· Each timeslot is 10-minutes and we will capture a minimum of 20 images in that time. This experience is more like a 'mini photography session' with Santa, rather than your standard Santa Photos.

· Bookings: All visits require online booking to manage numbers and reduce queuing. Sessions are first-come, first-served. All bookings to be made via EventBrite.

Important Information -

PLEASE IGNORE THE 2:00AM TIME ON YOUR BOOKING/PAYMENT SCREEN - to choose a time, please select a time slot and that is your designated 10-min time frame for your Santa Photos. Sorry about the confusion.

ALLERGIES:

· We will be using flour as a prop in this year’s theme. Please let us know if there is a problem with that and we will substitute with a different product (such as rice flour).

LOCATION & GETTING HERE:

· This year’s Santa experience will be held at Cronulla RSL’s small function room on the ground floor (same room as last year).

· Check-in at the front desk and make your way down to the function rooms where you will be greeted by our team. Please arrive early to park, check-in and get dressed up in our matching family t-shirts and props. NOTE: within your 10-minute time-slot you can make changes to your props etc. to get lots of different looks! And EVERY photo is sent to you.

PET ENTRANCE:

· Pets are NOT to enter the main RSL entrance. They MUST enter from the Esplanade walkway (same as last year), there will be signage to show you to the entrance. Please always keep your dogs on a lead.

HOW TO GET YOUR PHOTOS:

· Our in-house photographer will review all the images taken and photos will be emailed to you within 72-hours to the email you book with. You will then be able to download your photos from Dropbox. Please download ALL photos as they will expire within 30 days.

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:

· Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be made at least 7 days prior to your session. Refunds requested less than 7 days before your booking will not be considered.

· Missed Sessions: If you or anyone in your group misses a pre-booked session, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. The session will not be rescheduled, and no refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued.

· Parking & Arrival: Parking in the area can be challenging. Plan to arrive early and enjoy a coffee, cocktail, or bite to eat before your session at the RSL.

WHAT TO WEAR:

· We recommend families match their clothing colours as much as possible. Denim and neutral colours look very effective, so does matching outfits with the whole family. We supply some matching shirts, aprons and extra Christmas props.

· $5 from each booking will be sent directly to Cronulla RSLs charity of choice: Retired Military Working Dogs. Manic is Cronulla RSL's first honourary four-legged member and retired Military Working Dog, whose legacy of service and dedication continues to inspire the community.
