Free Booyah

This week for free soup Thursday, I’m going to do a take on a Wisconsin favorite, booyah.
Yes I will be making chicken and turkey booyah.

I’m going to have a different approach, take as much as you want during any of the open hours as long as you bring your own containers. If we run out, we run out. I will be making a large hotel pan full and will only be making 1 soup since I feel like that’s easier than making 2 smaller soups. I will also have some rice warm in the kitchen available on request if you want the soup to be a little more filling.

The turkey and chicken bones will be braised overnight to make an amazing bone broth (stock) full of collagen and nutrients. When you taste our broths and gravies, it’s really obvious we take the time to make the stocks and broths from scratch and they’re rich and flavorful.
