All you can eat chicken

We are going to be doing the chicken buffet again this Saturday the 28th of February.
We simplified some of the process and have a couple new item ideas, for example we are making the sweet corn into Mexican street corn off the cob with lime and Parmesan. There will also be smoked chicken, fried chicken and a variety of sauces available. Reservations appreciated, however we’ve figured out new things to make us more efficient.
