Winter Solstice Sound Sanctuary
Join us for a nurturing Winter Solstice Sound Sanctuary, where we’ll open with gentle intention setting and a guided visualisation to align heart and mind for the season ahead. Allow yourself to be carried by soothing song, the deep resonance of the gong, shimmering crystal bowls and soft percussion, creating a cocoon of sound to support inner stillness and renewal. We’ll close with a warming ginger elixir to ground and restore, leaving you centred and refreshed.
Simply bring something to lie down on, a blanket and perhaps a pillow, lie down and let the sound alchemy bring you into a deep state of contemplation and reflection.
