Sandbach Striders/Run Middlewich Track Night

Hi All,
Sandbach Striders are having a track night on Wednesday 10th September at the Cumberland Arena running track in Crewe. All members from Run Middlewich are invited to attend if they wish. The session will be advertised closer to the time, however, it is expected to be a mixture of different intervals around the track. This session will really enhance your running as interval training is a great way of increasing speed and stamina. You can run at your own at your own pace on the night, faster runners will pass on the outside of you. If you wish to sit any of the intervals out , that's absolutely fine.
Your usual running shoes are fine for running on the track, just remember to bring a bottle of water with you.
Please meet at the running track in Crewe for a 6:30pm start. There is parking available at the arena, however, please car share where possible.
