In partnership with Crewe Town Council, we are delivering a range of free activities within parks around Crewe as part of a Pop Up in the Parks project!
Come and join us for Morning Rise Pilates:
Revitalise your body with a gentle morning Pilates workout, improving core strength, posture and overall flexibility, in the outdoors and a relaxed atmosphere!
Who classes are for: Crewe residents, 11 years +. Attendees with a pre-existing medical condition must have been signed off by a medical professional for exercise.
What to bring: Water and a towel, if you would prefer to bring your own mat, please do so however mats will be provided.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and trainers or you can do it bare foot.
Day: Fridays
Dates: Weekly, until 12th September 2025
Time: 7.00am – 8.00am
Location: Queens Park, meet at the clock, CW2 7SE
No need to book, you can just turn up.
