6:00pm - Qualifiers and Last Minute Qualifiers must be checked in . There will be 2 lists at the check in table , Qualifiers and Bar Bag Run participants that didn’t qualify during any of this years rides
6:30pm - 5 last minute qualifiers will be drawn from those checked in on the non-qualifier list *
6:45pm - 10 finalists will be drawn *
7:45pm - 10 finalists will be drawn *
8:00pm - Christopher Lee Band *
Approximately 9:30pm- 10 finalists will be drawn followed by the draw down from 30 *
10:00pm - Backwood Anthem *
*Drawings and band start times are estimated and are subject to change.
Multiple prizes to be given away
Those qualified more than once will get multiple names put in to the drawing but will only be allowed one spot in the final 30
