Maybe you're recovering from an injury or you don't recognize yourself anymore after babies or aging has changed you. We hold onto dis ease in our bodies from traumatic experiences all the way down to our tissues, fascia & bones even on a cellular level.

In this workshop, join Gracie to embark on a journey through yourself to embody, feel and heal through movement, breath and sound.

Be prepared to get a little silly, step out of comfort zones and leave feeling lighter, revitalized and with a deeper awareness of self.
