Jung & Yoga: An Embodied Archetypal Pracitce
STARTING TUESDAY, MARCH 3rd (6pm) and every following Tuesday after that…

A Weekly Integrative Class - $10 at the door (cash or Venmo)


Core Intention:
This class weaves Jungian depth psychology with embodied yoga practice, inviting participants to experience archetypal dynamics through the body. Each week explores a core psychological or symbolic theme, pairing teaching + movement so insight is somatically integrated rather than remaining conceptual.


This is not a lecture with yoga added on—it is psychological teaching made


Class Structure (75 minutes):

1. Opening & Arrival (5 minutes)

2. Teaching Segment (25–30 minutes)

3. Embodied Practice / Yoga Flow (30 minutes)

4. Integration (5 minutes)

5. Q&A / Closing Reflection (5 minutes)
