Health & Wellness Coach, Kristin King, will guide you through simple reflections to help you get clear on what you want more of in your life in the year ahead. Then you’ll play with color, words, and images to design a board that feels meaningful, personal, and totally YOU! Your board can focus on one area (health, career, relationships, adventure) or be a beautiful mix of all the things that matter most. There’s no right way to do it!
We’ll have music, wine, and light snacks. Come on Sunday evening to Sunset Hall in CB South ready to put on your creative hat and be surrounded by other women excited to manifest their dream life right beside you!
