Wendy will create some delicious culinary treats with both English and French lavender.
Lavender Cupcake, Lavender Cookie, Lavender Chocolate and Lavender Lemonade. Each recipe will be made with English and French Lavender.
Only Wendy will know what culinary selection has what lavender. We will be taking a poll from this tasting panel to see what this panel prefers, English or French lavender.
We will be sampling some of our culinary products found in our farm store. We will also be sharing how to create lavender extract and lavender simple syrup.
Cost $25.00, 15 people per class. Tickets must be purchased on eventbrite link for this class. Non refundable. Class will be rescheduled if inclement weather. Tickets can be purchased on eventbrite link.
