Join me and my resonant metal instruments - Sound bowls and Gongs ~ for an acoustic soundbath experience. Along with some practical Sound Meditation exercises you can use anytime for nervous system regulation.
Their will be various chairs available, and carpetted floor space for yoga mats etc...
Doors will open at 5:45, and lock at 6:10. Event is on Del Norte time, folks have time to trickle in "late"...sounds will start at 10 after and go for about an hour ~~~
Occasion will begin with discussion, Q&A. if you're curious about "sound healing/therapy", bring your questions ~~
Children around 12 and up are welcome who are interested in meditation type experiences
