Inner Calm · Outer Glow is a gentle, restorative retreat combining breathwork, guided relaxation, and a skincare ritual to help you unwind, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

This evening is a gentle invitation to slow down.
A soothing blend of self-care and stillness, it offers a calming night-time wind-down designed to settle the nervous system, soften held tension, and prepare you for deep, restorative rest.

We begin by working with the breath as a fundamental pathway to glow — supporting circulation, oxygenation, and nervous system balance, all of which play a vital role in healthy, radiant skin. Through gentle, restorative breathwork, you’ll be guided to awaken the skin from the inside out while bringing the body into a state of calm and ease.

From here, the experience flows into a guided facial using Tropic products with Vicki, combining mindful skincare rituals with moments of stillness to nourish, refresh, and support your natural radiance. A beautiful free skincare set is included for you to take home.

The evening closes with a restorative relaxation session, allowing your body and mind to fully settle, integrate, and unwind — leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and restored. Delicious herbal tea will be served afterwards

The room will be beautifully prepared with mats, blankets, and props provided. You’re warmly invited to bring anything extra that helps you feel cosy and supported — a favourite blanket, shawl, or pillow — to create the ultimate relaxation experience.
