This workshop blends gentle guided meditation, intuitive crafting, and mindful reflection to help you slow down, tune in, and manifest from the heart.
✨ What to Expect:
In this 1-hour session, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a grounding and magical experience:
🌿 Opening Meditation (15 minutes)
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you center, release the noise of daily life, and connect with your inner voice. Through breath and visualization, you’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re ready to call in for the remainder of the year — clarity, calm, creativity, love, or something uniquely yours.
🌸 Intuitive Crafting (20 minutes)
From a beautiful selection of dried herbs, flowers, crystals, and shimmering glitter, you’ll intuitively choose the elements that speak to your intentions. Learn the simple symbolic meanings behind each item and allow your intuition to guide your choices.
📝 Writing Your Affirmation (5–10 minutes)
You’ll write a personal affirmation or manifestation message to fold into your jar — a private, potent wish you’re planting into the universe.
🌟 Final Assembly (20 minutes)
You’ll layer your chosen ingredients with care and intention, sealing your jar as a sparkling keepsake and energetic touchstone to return to anytime you need grounding or inspiration.
