Giving Gratitude: A Card-Making Workshop

Gratitude is powerful, not only when we feel it, but when we share it. In this creative and uplifting workshop, we will craft heartfelt cards for the people in our lives who have made a difference, big or small. Whether it's a loved one, a friend, a mentor, or someone who showed you kindness, this is your chance to put gratitude into words and send a little light their way.

In this 60-minute session, you will:

• Reflect on the people you'd like to thank and why.
• Explore how expressing gratitude strengthens connections and well-being.
• Design and decorate personalized cards with thoughtful messages.
• Leave with finished cards ready to deliver, or mail, to those who matter most.

All supplies are included, and no artistic skills are required. Just bring your heart and intention.

Location: Deep Breaths Salon & Empowerment Center, Cranston RI

Date: Saturday November 15 at 1:30PM

Cost: $25 per person (all materials included)
